A large kitchen/dining area is at the rear of the property and overlooks your own enclosed private courtyard ready for the family BBQ and accommodates a good sized paved and grassy area. There is access to the private jetty and a great view from the upstairs balcony.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will just need to bring your own beach towels.

Upstairs - Main Bathroom - Shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Downstairs - Separate toilet.
LIVING AREAS
Relaxed atmosphere and a flat screen TV/ DVD in the front lounge area and a second TV in the upstairs retreat. A gas BBQ & outdoor dining set in the private courtyard, another dining set situated in the kitchen/ dining area and an outdoor dining set on the upstairs balcony.
KITCHEN
A well equipped kitchen with fridge/ freezer, oven, hot plate, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine & 2nd fridge in the garage.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
