Featuring 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and formal dining room, covered outdoor entertainment area, large 3 way bathroom + additional shower and toilet in the laundry room. The fully fenced back yard is great for the kids to run around. Enjoy the views of Jervis Bay from the front balcony, and a BBQ on the covered back balcony.
Ocean Walk @ 45 Lambs Crescent, Vincentia is conveniently located within walking distance to the waters edge of Jervis Bay, and only a short drive to the Vincentia Shopping Centre, local cafes, shops and Coles. The large driveway and off-street parking is great for water enthusiasts who want to take the boat on their holiday.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
You will need to bring your own beach towels however;
Shower, bath, vanity and toilet + additional toilet and shower downstairs in the laundry;
Flat screen TV, indoor dining setting for 6, bar area, gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting;
A well-stocked kitchen with everything youll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, oven with cooktop, kettle, toaster & microwave;
Garage is NOT for guest use; However, there is car space in front of the home which is large enough for a boat and car.
Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets;
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
